Adult Care of Chester County’s staff includes full-time nurses who are on-site during all operating hours.

Services:

• Admission assessments
• Annual assessments
• Medication administration
• Vital signs check-ups
• Addressing needs as they arise

Nurses are also present at each Care Conference, involved in the care planning of each participant. Communication with families keeps both caregivers and our nurses informed of any changes in appetite, mobility, strength, sleeping patterns, or health.
