one step ahead

Every day at ACCC includes exercise that is fun, relaxing, and invigorating. Tai Chi gets the blood flowing in the morning hours, and sit-down exercises later in the day get all the muscles moving. Our walking program keeps track of how many laps our participants walk each day around our large gathering room.

Enhanced exercise is offered to small groups of interested participants each week, involving the use of hand and ankle weights to achieve a more vigorous workout.
